Sam works a case for a woman named Gillian, who's being blackmailed into using her security clearance to help smuggle heroin into the U.S. Michael and Fiona work to rescue Sam from heroin smugglers, after Kent and Melissa's deal goes sour. Meanwhile, Michael attempts to evade the government agents who assassinated Philip Cowan.
