When a homeless man is castrated then burned to death, Stabler and Munch follow the clues to a high school with two groups: one composed of teenage girls who have formed a pregnancy pact, and another whose members have organized their purity vows into a chastity circle. As the investigation continues, more lives and families are destroyed by a suicide and a vengeful parent, all leading back to an unlikely suspect.
